For self-funded admission, follow the university’s process for the Ministry of Education acceptance letter. Government awards use the official Study in Romania scholarship portal.

Before you commit
Many government-funded undergraduate and master’s options require Romanian-language preparation. For regulated professions, establish recognition in Pakistan before committing to a course.
  1. Identify programmes that accept your qualification. Ask admissions about equivalence if your Pakistani award is not clearly listed.
  2. Read the individual course requirements and deadline. Confirm language evidence, prerequisites and any selection test.
  3. Prepare your academic records, references and personal statement. Follow the institution’s instructions for certified documents.
  4. Submit through the university or its designated national portal. Keep your account, receipts and application number.
  5. After an offer, check the student visa procedure for applicants residing in Pakistan and prepare the required financial evidence.
